Three little ghosts stopping by the zoo, One found a chain to rattle, leaving just... Two little ghosts still looking for some fun, One found a sheet on sale, leaving just... One little ghost with nothing else to do Sneaked up behind you and shouted out BOO!William Boniface Formation: Five ghosts, numbered one through five, are chosen to stand in front of the other children, who are seated. Action: • All chant the poem. • At the end of the first stanza, ghost number one floats away and joins the seated children. • This continues through ghost number four. • During the last stanza, ghost number five floats around among the children. • The ghost sneaks up behind a child of his choice, puts his hands on the child's shoulders, and shouts, "BOO!" • This child becomes the new ghost number five and chooses four more ghosts to repeat the game. (The order in which they are chosen is the order in which they float away.)
