HALLOWEEN CHARACTERS A Witch-Lady (or our teacher of English).
She knows almost everything about Halloween. She always creates something new for her evil friends, for example, rules how to scare kids, and how to make disgusting costumes. She may be very kind, elegant and pleasant to do different things with, but suddenly she may turn out to be a real witch-lady, with a strict, loud and even dangerous character. She is a Halloween lady!
Mr. Bat. It is neither a bird nor a rat, that’s why it appears on Halloween. It’s black and you can’t easily see it; that’s why it scares you flying out of the dark. It has a nasty grin, especially when it bites you with its sharpest teeth. It has fire-red eyes that sparkle terribly and make you freeze wherever you are. You must watch out for bats! (Or maybe it would be better to dress as a bat yourself?)
Mr. Brownie. A very kind creature. He lives in your house and keeps the atmosphere of love, happiness and understanding in the family. He enjoys poking his nose in our business and if you haven’t done your homework and try to hide this fact away, beware! He’ll punish you very strictly. In the morning when you are late for school and the first lesson is English, and you know that your English teacher sees red every time when you are late for the lesson – ouch! You won’t be able to find your English textbook! You see he can take revenge upon you!
Mr. Skeleton. A very crazy fellow. One day he came to a witch and asked her to be his wife. He rattled the bones, kissed her hand and became green with envy when a young and very pretty devil smiled at her with a disgusting grin. Everyone wants to love and to be loved, even such a crooked limbed fellow!
Mr. Vampire. He is very scary to look at! He has a disgusting grin, the sharpest teeth, and glittering eyes longing for a victim. He is blood-crazy! He likes to make boys and girls suffer. Nobody can do such dreadful tricks! He is so cruel and bloodthirsty, so ugly and awful!
Mr. Jack O’ Lantern. He is the King of Halloween. He is as huge as the Moon on Halloween night. He lights the way for strangers and scares evil spirits that walk at night haunting innocent souls. He is as magnificent as the Halloween night that is full of whispers, the rustles of leaves and scurries of little mice feet. It’s a pity, but in the morning magnificent Jack O’ Lantern turns into a rotten pumpkin. Such is life! All parties come to an end! All is well that ends well! Happy Halloween!

Halloween Upside Down
At that night I saw a white cat
And Mr.Skeleton was very fat,
Goblins were very sad.
I thought I would go mad.
It was snowing and everything was white.
At that night everything was very quiet.
It seemed I saw the devil’s fight,
But maybe something was wrong with my mind?

I think that they suck souls of poor,
And as for me it’s so cruel!
I’ve heard a scurry of little mice feet,
Red, pure blood for them is so sweet!
The evil spirits prowl down the streets,
That is the place where all witches meet!
But there sometimes on Halloween
I watch them disgustedly grin.
To fly with witches in the dark awful night,
To hear the flickering of bright firelights!
